Chairman of the Board

András Uzsoki has several decades of experience as an economic leader. He began his career in 1989 as the managing director of Bioaroma Kft. Subsequently, he served as the managing director of UB Merchants Kft. from 1996 to 2002 and again from 2013 to 2019. Since 2011, he has been a board member of UBM Trade Zrt., and since 2016, a board member of UBM Holding Nyrt. Since 2006, he has been the managing director of S.P.M. Hungary Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft., a company engaged in residential park development and real estate trading in Pilisjászfalu. He earned his degree in biological engineering from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).

In the 1990s, he was involved in the investment sector and banking industry, and since 1998, he has been active in real estate development. He has served as the CEO of several real estate development companies, focusing on projects such as residential land development and the construction of apartment buildings with 50-120 units.
Since 2015, he has been the director of Schweidel Investment Kft., which participated in the Levendula project (partly the predecessor of SunDell, Green Village Kft.) and is also a shareholder of GOPD. In August 2023, he joined the board of directors of SunDell.

Member of the Board

He received a MA in finance and a PhD in economics at Corvinus University of Budapest. He also holds CFA, CEFA and CIIA diplomas. He joined the Concorde MP Partners team in 2018 as CEO. Previously he was Head of Issuers Acquisitions at the Budapest Stock Exchange. He has a wide range of experience in capital markets, has held various positions at an investment service provider, a venture capital fund and a transaction advisory firm.

Member of the Board

He graduated from the Budapest University of Technology in 2002 as an architect. Between 2010 and 2017 he studied mechatronics at the same school. Since 2015 he is the lead architect and CEO of PhoenArchitect Ltd.
